About Vector
History
Vector was an American high performance sports car that began in the 1970's by Gerald Wiegert. His first venture into building GT cars was with his first business partner Lee Brown. Together they built the first full scale mock up of the Vector that became known as the W1.
Our Team
Gerald Wiegert began a new phase of car building with his team of artists and engineers he called Vehicle Design Force. As an homage to these early days we have created The Vector Design Force. It includes former volunteers and employees of Vector and new modern designers and artists who make up a network of Vector history and information.
